Estimator - Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers - Fall 2026

About the Role

This role involves working within the Infrastructure Design Department, focusing on various engineering disciplines. You will collaborate with a team to provide value engineering and constructability input for projects.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret Contract Documents (RFP, specifications, etc.).
• Perform quantity takeoff and pricing of design-build projects in the infrastructure market.
• Coordinate with estimators and engineers/designers for constructability input.
• Participate in Task Force Meetings and brainstorming sessions with estimators and engineers.
• Identify and communicate Risk throughout the estimating process.
• Conduct site visits and investigations as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
• GPA above 3.0 preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in estimating
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Strong mathematical and computer skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
