Multispecialty Clinic RN (Urology, ENT & Colorectal)

About the Role

This full-time role supports the 2 North Multispecialty Clinic across Urology, Urogynecology, Colorectal Surgery, ENT and Audiology. The nurse provides direct patient care using the nursing process across diverse specialties in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements and evaluates patient care plans based on assessment to optimize outcomes
• Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, transfer, discharge and referral
• Evaluates learning needs and provides patient and family education
• Effectively delegates patient care and may precept student nurses and new hires

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• 6 months of nursing experience
• Experience in a multispecialty or high-volume ambulatory clinic
• BLS with card in-hand before start date
