Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments and follow-up appointments based on physician requests.
• Provides instructions to patients regarding appointment requirements and location.
• Registers patients for medical care including laboratory and outpatient services.
• Collects and confirms complete patient demographics including insurance and emergency contact.
• Verifies insurance eligibility for various payors and reviews accounts for outstanding balances.
• Requires the ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
