Engineering Controller - Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers

About the Role

In this role, you will handle various project-related administrative tasks such as accounting data entry, financial projections, and contract administration. You will also engage with human resources and support payroll and procurement needs to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• High level of involvement in cost control system.
• Analyze construction costs including production of cost reports and labor reports as required.
• Help drive compliance programs including employment and environmental regulations.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state taxes.
• Administer contracts and support subcontract documentation.
• Participate in onboarding and training of new employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Civil Engineering or related field
• GPA above 3.0 preferred
• 0-2 years’ experience in cost controls industry
• Basic understanding of financial terms and calculations
• Strong work ethic and commitment to ethics and integrity
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
