About the Role

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $19.00 USD per hour

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments:
• Greet:
• 10ft: be friendly – smile, make eye contact, or wave
• 4ft: greet the guest, smile and initiate a warm, helpful interaction
• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you

Requirements

• G uest service fundamentals and experience building a guest - first and freshness culture in F ood & B everage
• Food & Beverage business fundamentals , including sales trends, inventory, quality and freshness management, and guest shopping patterns
• Understanding f ood seasonality, freshness and quality, food safety standards and routines, and merchandising
• Working with a dynamic and fast-paced team focused on the guest experience and routinely executing the Food & Beverage Standards and best practic es through individual Assign ment Sheets and task execution.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only)
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required
