About the Role

This position requires utilizing the nursing process and adhering to the organization’s policies and mission. It is an onsite role without remote options, focusing on patient care and collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides education.
• Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse
• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved program if less than 3 years experience.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.
• BLS certification required before start date.
