Project Manager - Kiewit Power Delivery Engineering

About the Role

Kiewit is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to support its growing Power Delivery team, delivering engineering services to major utilities. The role involves overseeing project coordination and execution, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with program goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and activities for multiple projects
• Lead and manage a team of Kiewit engineers and designers
• Manage the design team to meet project scope and quality deliverables
• Facilitate work planning activities and oversee man-hour development
• Conduct periodic project reviews and develop action plans
• Interface and maintain relationships with the owner and design partners

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience
• PE strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar experience
• Prior experience as Project Manager, Design Manager or Engineering Manager
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
