About the Role

This role is responsible for developing and executing project supply chain strategies, managing project procurement teams, overseeing buy-out activities, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services required to support project objectives. The Supply Chain Manager serves as a key leader within project teams, driving procurement execution and building strategic supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project supply chain and procurement activities from project kickoff through project closeout.
• Develop and execute project-specific supply chain execution plans.
• Manage the procurement of engineered equipment, bulk materials, and subcontracted services.
• Oversee project buy-out activities to ensure competitive procurement.
• Lead critical commercial negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor and control project supply chain budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
• Minimum 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience supporting Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement, contracts, and project execution principles.
