About the Role

This role involves assessing patient conditions to develop individual care plans in collaboration with a healthcare team. The nurse will also administer medications and monitor patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care to promote understanding and compliance.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• A minimum of 1 year of surgery experience required.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate patient care.
