About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in the Surgery Room, you will ensure comprehensive patient care through evaluation and individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective treatment, monitoring patient progress continuously and documenting care activities meticulously.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• A minimum of 1 year of surgical experience required
• Associate's degree in Nursing required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
