Recreation Attendant(PT) - Youth Programs

About the Role

Under general supervision, this position provides patron services within assigned program or facility areas. The role involves various responsibilities including maintaining order, ensuring safety, and monitoring participants.

Responsibilities

• Performs front-line, day-to-day services in assigned divisions.
• Monitors and maintains the overall appearance and functionality of facilities.
• Ensures compliance with Town and Departmental policies and procedures.
• Assists in setting up and tearing down tables and equipment for events.
• Responds to emergency situations and assists in the evacuation of the program area.

Requirements

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Experience performing general cleaning and facility maintenance tasks is preferred.
• Knowledge of recreation principles and customer relations techniques.
