Specialized Fitness Instructor/Trainer(PT)

About the Role

Under general supervision, the Specialized Fitness Instructor will lead group fitness classes and conduct private or semi-private fitness programs for specific demographic groups. They will be responsible for mentoring new staff and providing feedback on training protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead specialized fitness classes for niche populations
• Train clients during private or semi-private sessions
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for participants
• Maintain accurate training records and reports
• Educate and monitor participants' exertion levels
• Assist with recruitment and mentoring of new staff

Requirements

• Nationally accredited certification in niche coaching formats
• Two years experience coaching specialized programs
• Knowledge of fitness concepts and training approaches
