About the Role

This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans for patients. The nurse will collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care and promote health education to patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological and psychological factors of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments safely, following hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care.

Requirements

• Associate's of Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's of Nursing (Preferred)
• 1+ year in an acute care hospital setting (Preferred)
