New Grad RN

About the Role

As a New Grad RN, you will apply your nursing knowledge and skills to provide exceptional patient care. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality standards and promote an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to regulatory standards and infection prevention precautions
• Complete timely assessments of patients' health conditions
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Participate in practice changes and process improvement initiatives
• Support quality standards and initiatives set by the department

Requirements

• Associate's of Nursing required
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• New RN graduate or less than 1 year of nursing experience
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
