Colorectal Surgeon

About the Role

This is an opportunity to build a comprehensive colorectal practice within an established regional network while caring for patients with a broad range of benign and malignant colorectal conditions. The position supports collaborative relationships with specialists across the AdventHealth network.

Responsibilities

• Build a comprehensive colorectal practice.
• Perform benign and malignant colorectal surgeries.
• Utilize da Vinci Xi robotic surgical platform.
• Participate in shared call coverage with the surgical team.
• Develop collaborative relationships with specialists.
• Engage in outreach and continued program growth.

Requirements

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited General Surgery residency.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Colon and Rectal Surgery fellowship.
• Board Certified in General Surgery.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible through the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery.
• Current unrestricted Colorado medical license or ability to obtain.
• Collaborative, patient-centered approach to care.
