About the Role

Weekend Barn Attendant at Affinity Ranch in Parker, caring for horses, goats, chickens, rabbits and cats, keeping the ranch in order, driving the gator and tractor, grooming and tacking horses for lessons, and supervising volunteers and supported employees. Friday-Sunday, 7am-5pm; part-time, or full-time for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Care for horses, goats, chickens, rabbits and cats
Maintain ranch grounds and facilities
Drive the gator and tractor for ranch upkeep
Groom and tack horses for lessons
Supervise volunteers
Coach supported employees

Requirements

Previous animal care experience required
Tractor experience strongly preferred
Equine experience strongly preferred
Able to lift up to 60 lb
Reliable transportation
Available Friday-Sunday, 7am-5pm

Compensation

$16.00 base pay
+$2.00/hr weekend differential
+$2.00/hr job-coaching differential
