About the Role

This role involves providing patient care as per established procedures and protocols while ensuring quality standards. You will also be part of initiatives aimed at improving overall patient care processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments according to policy and procedure, ensuring patient care appropriate to age and mobility.
• Function effectively in clinical emergencies.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and support quality standards.
• Follow prescribed isolation guidelines and enforce safety regulations.
• Exhibit a continuous desire to learn and upgrade skills.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or equivalent certification
• 1+ year of applicable patient care experience preferred.
