About the Role

In this role, you'll assess patients' needs and develop care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. You will provide therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, while advocating for patient rights and delivering compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrate competency in therapeutic and diagnostic interventions.
• Provide patient and family education based on assessments of readiness and needs.
• Maintain thorough patient charts documentation.
• Manage resources and patient flow effectively.

Requirements

• Associate's of Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's of Nursing (Preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Cath lab experience
• Basic Life Support Certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
