About the Role

In this role, you will coordinate patient care across various departments while developing and implementing individualized care plans. You will be responsible for monitoring patient progress and ensuring comprehensive care through collaboration with healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across various departments, including PACU and inpatient units.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Prioritize patient needs based on acuity and urgency.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatments.

Requirements

• Must have a current RN license.
• A minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
