Responsibilities

• Maintaining clinical knowledge and performance improvements.
• Practices employee and patient safety in daily activities.
• Participation in community events and educational lectures.
• Performing evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Establishing and adapting individualized treatment plans.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Preferred)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Certification (Required)
• Physical Therapist or Temporary Physical Therapist Certification (Required)
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
