About the Role
In this role, you will adjust your approach based on patient and family understanding of test procedures and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or patient issues. You will assist physicians in performing specialized cardiovascular procedures, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities
- Adjusts approach based on patient and family understanding of test procedures.
- Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions or patient issues.
- Prioritizes clinical and administrative work independently.
- Assists physicians in performing specialized cardiovascular procedures.
- Evaluates and documents patient status.
- Responds appropriately to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
- 1+ years of cardiac catheterization lab experience preferred.
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or equivalent certification required.
- Basic Life Support - CPR certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) preferred.
