Clinic RN – Part Time

About the Role

The Clinic RN will evaluate patient needs and implement individualized care plans. Collaborating with the medical team, this role focuses on providing high-quality patient care whilst ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information.

Requirements

• Associate’s of Nursing (Required)
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification
• Basic Life Support – CPR certification
• 1+ year in an acute care hospital setting (Preferred)
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
