About the Role

AES Group — a Parker-based engineering and architecture firm, and a certified service-disabled-veteran-owned and woman-owned small business — is hiring a Mechanical Engineering Analyst. You'll run mechanical systems analyses (calculations, modeling, simulations) that drive design decisions on building and infrastructure projects, working alongside multidisciplinary engineering and architecture teams and producing clear technical documentation. Full-time and hybrid, based in Parker with some work-from-home flexibility.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical systems analyses — calculations, modeling, and simulations — to support design decisions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and architecture teams
Interpret project requirements and develop technical solutions
Prepare clear technical documentation — reports, specifications, and drawings

Requirements

Mechanical engineering background with analysis skills (calculations, modeling, simulations)
Able to collaborate across engineering and architecture disciplines
Strong technical documentation skills (reports, specifications, drawings)

Compensation

Base pay: $65,000 - $90,000/yr

Schedule

Full-time, hybrid (Parker, CO) with some work-from-home flexibility
