Physician Assistant / Advanced Practice Nurse - Urgent Care

About the Role

As a Nursing professional, you will practice both independent nursing and delegated medical functions. Your role will involve patient advocacy, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating various health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Collect pertinent medical history and perform physical examinations.
• Formulate accurate diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
• Perform procedures within your expertise according to regulations.
• Educate and counsel patients regarding their treatment plans.
• Document all patient care activities in medical records.
• Manage clinical/administrative duties as directed.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Graduate Degree in Nursing for APN or Bachelor's Degree for PA.
• Registered Nurse License (Colorado) and relevant national certification.
• Basic Life Support and other certifications required within three months of hire.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate customer service skills.
