Coming to Castle Rock toward the end of 2026. Thai Wow is an authentic, made-to-order Thai restaurant taking shape at 794 S Perry Street, in the Safeway shopping center on Plum Creek. The street sign is up and the kitchen is being built out — not open yet, but soon.
It's the work of two friends who ran a successful Thai restaurant in north Denver (Country Thai) and traded the city for the mountains to bring the same time-honored recipes to the Front Range — rich simmering curries, sizzling stir-fries, and heat dialed anywhere from mild to "Thai hot." Their tagline: Follow Your Wow.
