Jet's Pizza is coming soon to Castle Rock at 62 Founders Parkway, Unit F — the northwest corner of Founders Parkway and Front Street. The national chain lists the Castle Rock store (CO-014) as "Coming Soon" on its own site, with a phone line already published: (720) 303-6277.
Jet's is best known for its buttery Detroit-style square pizza — including the 8 Corner Pizza — alongside deep dish, hand-tossed, New York-style, thin crust, and a gluten-free option. The menu also runs to Deli Boats, Turbo Stix, salads, wings, and boneless chicken, and the chain's signature move is its free "Flavorized" crust (turbo, butter, romano, poppy seed, sesame seed, garlic, or cajun).
An opening date has not been announced. This will be the chain's second Douglas County location, after Jet's Pizza in Parker on Hilltop Road.
