Why It Matters
If you've been driving to other towns for court time, that's about to change. Seventeen courts is a substantial addition — enough to support leagues, drop-in play, and tournaments.
Pickleball has exploded in popularity across Douglas County over the past few years, and court availability hasn't kept up with demand. This expansion directly addresses that gap for Parker residents.
When It Opens
The Town of Parker approved the Salisbury Park North site plan in mid-2025, and Phase 2 — the court complex — is targeted for construction in 2026. The site sits at Motsenbocker Road and Dransfeldt Road and will connect to the Cherry Creek Regional Trail, with restrooms and free parking on-site. Parker's own pickleball court tracker lists a late-2026 opening, though the town's parks and recreation capital projects page notes the timeline remains "subject to available funding and competitive bidding results."
