7 Brew is open in Castle Pines.
The drive-thru coffee stand at 570 Castle Pines Parkway, on the southeast corner of Castle Pines Parkway and Debbie Lane, now has full daily hours on 7 Brew's own location page, and Google lists it as operating. Customer reviews started showing up on Oct. 5, 2026. When we drove by on Aug. 23, the building and signage were already up and the lot was striped.
It's 7 Brew's first stand in Douglas County.
Hours
- Sunday through Thursday: 5:30am to 10pm
- Friday and Saturday: 5:30am to 11pm
What to know before you pull in
- Drive-thru only. It's a small 510-square-foot stand with double drive-thru lanes, no lobby and no indoor seating.
- No mobile ordering or delivery. 7 Brew says order-ahead isn't set up yet; the stands are built for speed at the window.
- Drinks first, a little food. Coffee, teas, smoothies, fizzes and 7 Energy drinks, with thousands of combinations. The only food is muffin tops (Blueberry Cake, Lemon Poppyseed, Chocolate Chip). The location page lists the Blondie, the Strawberry Smoothie, Ocean Breeze 7 Energy and Georgia Peach Green Tea as Castle Pines favorites.
- Bring the dog. Pup cups are a thing.
Opening deals
- Swag Day, Saturday Oct. 10: a free 7 Brew T-shirt with the purchase of a large drink.
- Jackpot Day: the 7th of every month, 7am to 7pm, with a different surprise each time. Today, Oct. 7, is one.
How it fits on the parkway
Castle Pines already had Starbucks at 506 Castle Pines Parkway, Ziggi's on Lagae Road and The Exchange Coffee House on Westbridge Drive. 7 Brew is the drive-thru play, competing for the commute, not the laptop.
One door down, the boutique bakery Alice + Kate at 572 Castle Pines Parkway has closed.
