Dinner Club
Rotating small-group dinners at standout local restaurants — you show up, we seat you with good people.
Couples Dinner
A night out for couples looking to meet other couples — new to town or just after more people to do things with. Matched-table seating, every few weeks.
KB Sunset Supper Club
Our farm-to-table dinner series at KB Ranch in Castle Rock — a multi-course, chef-run evening on the ranch. These sell out.
Marquee Tastings
The two grand tastings land within a month of each other — a tidy way to eat your way across the county at the tail end of summer.
Taste of Douglas County — Thursday, August 20 (24th Annual)
- When: Thursday, August 20, 2026, 5–8 p.m.
- Where: Douglas County Events Center — indoor, air-conditioned, on the Douglas County Fair grounds in Castle Rock
- What: Food samples from dozens of area restaurants, beverages from Pepsi and others, live entertainment, and a live appearance from KNUS radio hosts — all in the ticket

Yelp's Taste of Parker — Tuesday, September 15 (Inaugural)
- When: Tuesday, September 15, 2026, 6–8 p.m.
- Where: Parker Station, 19751 E Mainstreet, Parker
- What: Yelp's first-ever Parker tasting — 30+ local vendors, food, drink, and live entertainment; 21+; free to RSVP with a suggested donation benefiting the Parker Task Force Food Bank

Castle Rock Chamber Sip & Savor — June
The Castle Rock Chamber's summer food-and-drink tasting at the Miller Park Amphitheater — local restaurants, breweries, and vendors sampling under the amphitheater. See the Sip & Savor listing for the current date and tickets.
Downtown Castle Rock Sip & Stroll — July (Summer Edition)

Downtown Castle Rock Restaurant Week — Oct 2–11
- When: October 2–11, 2026
- Format: Each participating restaurant offers a special menu item for the week (not a set prix-fixe); menus usually post right before it starts
- Why go: A week to support independent local restaurants — and a good excuse to finally try the one you keep meaning to
- Past participants have included Angie's, Arayes, B's Craft Deli & Market, B&B Cafe, Bagl, Bien Y Tu, Block & Bottle, Castle Cafe, Courtyard Social, Dos Santos, Granelli's, Scileppi's at The Old Stone Church, The Office Co. Parker County Restaurant Week — January
- When: Each January (exact 2027 dates announced closer to the event — [UNVERIFIED])
- Cause: Benefits the Parker Task Force Food Bank — the same nonprofit that Yelp's Taste of Parker supports
- What: A week of dining deals across Parker restaurants to kick off the new year and raise money for local food assistance
Denver Restaurant Week — Spring (the one Lone Tree & HR join)
Neither Lone Tree nor Highlands Ranch runs its own restaurant week — instead, their restaurants take part in the metro-wide Denver Restaurant Week, run by Visit Denver each spring, featuring hundreds of area restaurants across the region. Beer, Brews & Spirits
- Parker Brewfest — Sat Aug 8, O'Brien Park (Parker): The 10th annual. 30+ Colorado breweries plus mead, wine, and spirits; live music and food trucks. Hosted by the Cherry Creek Valley Rotary Club. GA $50 / VIP $80.
- Castle Rock Beer Fest Under the Stars — Sat Sep 12, Miller Park Amphitheater (Castle Rock): Hosted by 105 West Brewing, 4–9 p.m. All-inclusive: 25+ Colorado breweries plus mead, moonshine, and wineries, 7+ food trucks with unlimited tasting portions, and live music. Confirmed local pours include Wild Blue Yonder, Honnibrook, Los Dos Potrillos, Alidade, Lone Tree Brewing, Purgatory Cellars, and Rockyard. 21+. Drinker $90 (souvenir mug) / non-drinker $60. - Highlands Ranch Beer Festival — May, Civic Green Park (Highlands Ranch): Highlands Ranch's big spring beer day — craft pours, live music, and food at Civic Green Park.
- Worth the drive, just over the county line — Elizabeth Brewfest — Sat Aug 22, Running Creek Park (Elizabeth, Elbert County): The inaugural “Pour on the Divide” from the Elizabeth Brewing Company — craft breweries, food, and live music about 15 minutes east of Parker. GA $52.77 (unlimited 2 oz pours + souvenir cup) / VIP $78.65 / designated driver free; 21+, benefits the Pines & Plains Libraries Foundation. Same park as the town's free Friday Night Market. - Boots & Brews — July, Festival Park (Castle Rock): Beer, boots, and live music downtown at Festival Park.
- Colorado Whiskey Fest — June (Castle Rock): Whiskey, bourbon, wine, and beer tastings hosted by The Whiskey Lodge. 21+ to taste. Also on our Whiskey Fest guide.
- Food Truck Frenzy — June, Coyote Ridge Park (Castle Pines): Food trucks, live music, a beer/wine garden, and a kids zone — a free City of Castle Pines community night.

The DCL Brew Tour
Douglas County Libraries runs a countywide Brew Tour every year, and it is genuinely one of the better free things happening here: you visit participating local breweries, coffeehouses and tea shops, log each stop, and earn points toward real prizes. The 2026 tour runs August 1 through September 30 and is sponsored by the Douglas County Libraries Foundation.
- How the points work: 5 points per partner location you visit, 5 per Power Hour, 10 per Brew Tour event you attend, and 15 for the Kickoff Party. Every visit is also one entry into the Grand Prize drawing, which is drawn in October.
- What you can earn: a set of two Brew Tour pint glasses at 90 points and a Brew Tour hoodie at 150 points. There is also a separate “Bean There, Done That” coffee challenge — visit every participating coffee and tea shop and attend one coffee- or tea-specific event or Power Hour and you earn a pour-over coffee set. Rewards are picked up at your nearest DCL branch.
- You have to register on Beanstack. Visits only count if you log them there, and events and Power Hours each have their own keyword you pick up on site. 21+ to drink.

Oktoberfest
There are more Oktoberfests in the county than most people realize — brewery parties, the downtown Castle Rock fest, HRCA's, Sterling Ranch's, and the City of Lone Tree's at Schweiger Ranch. - Castle Rock Oktoberfest — Sat Sep 19: German beer, brats, and live music at Wilcox Square in historic downtown Castle Rock.
- Oktoberfest Highlands Ranch — Sat Sep 26: A week later, the party moves to the Highlands Ranch Town Center for its own Oktoberfest.

Wine Walks & Tastings
- Parker Chamber Wine Walk — last Fridays, May–Sep: A recurring evening series through Downtown Parker, with Mainstreet merchants pouring wine at their shops. Grab a collectible glass and stroll. (This links the August walk; the series runs the last Friday of each summer month.)
- Vino in the Village — Fri Aug 21, The Village Shops at Castle Pines: The Castle Pines Chamber's signature wine walk — 70+ wines and spirits, whiskey tastings, food pairings, and live music. 21+. Tickets $30–$150.
- Cherokee Ranch & Castle — recurring (Sedalia): The historic castle north of Castle Rock runs wine tastings and a Wild World of Bourbon whiskey tasting through the summer, alongside its concert and hike calendar.
Food + Culture
- Fiesta Parker — Sat Aug 22, Parker Station: An all-ages celebration of Latin food, music, dance, and culture from across Mexico, Central and South America, and Spain — with food from Cencalli Taqueria and Agaveria, El Delicioso Tex Mex, Xatrucho, Nanixhe, LaMichoacana VIP and more, three live bands, and Lucha Libre. A signature event of the Parker Chamber Foundation.
- Colorado Farm-to-Table Brunch — July, Douglas County Fairgrounds: A long-table brunch built around Colorado farms and ranches, part of the Fair week programming.
- Farm-to-Table Date Night — Aug, Garner & Gather (Franktown): An intimate farm-to-table dinner just east of Castle Rock in Franktown.

Newly Opened

- JP Cocina & Cantina (Parker): A family-owned Mexican restaurant and cantina in the former Wild Goose Saloon at 11160 S Pikes Peak Dr, from the family behind El Poblano Mexican Eats and The Perfect Time Cafe.
