JP Cocina & Cantina is a family-owned Mexican restaurant and cantina just off Mainstreet in Parker, near Parker Road next to Best Buy. The owners describe it as the next chapter from a family already running local cafes and food trucks around Parker, and the room reflects the ambition — a long, fully stocked back bar, café-style seating throughout, and large murals of Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jimi Hendrix flanking the dining room.

The menu runs from $4 street tacos and shareable dips up through arrachera, ribeye tacos with roasted bone marrow, birria, chile rellenos, seafood soup and aguachile. There's also a burger and salad section, a kids menu, and a bar list of margaritas, martinis, beer and wine.
