Common questions

Who comes to these dinners?

Adults in Douglas County — from 20s into their 80s, we get the full spread. Mix of newly-moved-in, established locals, couples, singles, all backgrounds. The connecting thread is wanting to meet new neighbors.

What does it cost?

$19.99 reservation fee. You order off the restaurant's menu and pay separately for your food and drinks.

What if I'm shy / it's awkward?

Most people come solo. The small-group format (6 people per table) makes conversation natural — you don't have to work a room. As you come to more dinners and after-parties, you start recognizing familiar faces, and the community grows around you organically.

Can I come with a friend?

Yes, but we require you to sign up separately. The whole point of the Dinner Club is meeting new people, so we seat you at different tables — that way each of you gets the full small-group experience instead of falling back into the same conversation you'd have anywhere else.

How do you match people?

Short 2-minute quiz when you sign up — age band, interests, what you're hoping to get out of it, even fun stuff like picking the emoji that best represents you. We seat 6 per table around shared interests so the conversation has a starting point.

Where do the dinners happen?

Locally-owned restaurants in Castle Rock, Lone Tree, or Parker — we rotate cities every few weeks. See the "Where we've dined" section above for the full list, or jump to a specific city: Castle Rock, Lone Tree, or Parker.

What if I sign up and can't make it?

Cancel at least 72 hours before the dinner and you get a full refund. Inside that window we can usually move you to the next dinner instead of refunding, but it depends on the table balance — reach out and we'll work it out.
