This is cattle-and-rodeo country, so it's no surprise you can two-step somewhere most nights of the week. Here are the regular western and line-dance nights around Douglas County — which night, which town, and where a couple of them will actually teach you the steps. All four are free.

Where to go, by night
- Tuesdays — The Stagecoach Saloon (Franktown): Line Dancing with Joyce, 6:30–9pm. Instructor-led, so it's a good one if you've never done it. Free.
- Wednesdays — Studio@Mainstreet (Parker): Line Dancing Ladies Night, 6–9pm. Free.
- Thursdays — Wide Open Saloon (Sedalia): Thursday Line Dancing, 6–10pm, at the old renovated truck stop on US-85. Free.
- Thursdays (every other week) — Sinners & Saints (Castle Rock): Western Line Dancing Night with Gracee, 7–9pm. Gracee Lynn teaches the steps — no cover or tickets. The most beginner-friendly of the bunch.

Yes — a couple are instructor-led, so you can show up knowing nothing. Sinners & Saints has Gracee Lynn teaching western line dancing, and the Stagecoach night is 'Line Dancing with Joyce.' Both walk you through the steps before the dancing gets going.
How much does it cost?
All four of the regular nights are free — no cover, no tickets. You just show up (you may want cash for food and drinks at the venue).
