Fiesta Parker

Fiesta Parker returns to downtown Parker on Saturday, August 22, 2026, a family-oriented, all-ages festival celebrating the music, food, dance, art and culture of Mexico, Central and South America, and Spain. It is a signature event of the Parker Chamber Foundation, coordinated by the Parker Latino Business Committee.

The day runs 1pm to 7pm at the Parker Station North Parking Lot, 19751 Mainstreet. Entry is only at Mainstreet and S Pikes Peak Drive. It is a ticketed event capped at 3,000 admissions, and it runs rain or shine.

What's on: three live bands, Lucha Libre wrestling, two 30-minute dance shows, 10 to 15 food vendors and food trucks serving dishes from across Latin America, roughly 15 marketplace and cultural booths, plus kids activities including inflatables, face painting and cultural crafts.

VIP (21+, $60 presale) gets you in at 1pm, an hour before the gates open to everyone else, with unlimited complimentary appetizers until 4pm from the chefs of the Hispanic Restaurant Association plus two complimentary drinks. VIP is limited to the first 500 people.

General admission ($35 presale) starts at 2pm. Children 12 and under get in free with a ticketed adult. Prices go up at the gate, so buy ahead.
