About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in the NICU, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans. You will also work closely with patients, families, and medical staff to ensure optimal care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain documentation of patient information and care activities.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing.
• At least 2 years of NICU experience.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Effective verbal and communication skills.
