Communication Specialist /Per Diem

About the Role

As the first point of contact for residents, family members, and candidates, you'll set the tone for their experience and ensure a warm and welcoming environment. This position offers flexible scheduling for those seeking supplemental work hours with shifts typically lasting 10-12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff, handling questions and concerns efficiently.
• Receive emergency calls from residents and dispatch appropriate personnel.
• Monitor all emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents.
• Manage resident’s list, alphabetically and by apartment.
• Log all resident packages and notify residents of package pick-ups.

Requirements

• Receptionist experience required.
• Excellent verbal skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
