Emergency Services and Security, Assistant Supervisor

About the Role

In this role, you will lead by example in overseeing the safety and security of our community. You will enforce regulations, manage incident reports, and provide training and support to your team.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property and respond to emergency calls
• Enforce parking and traffic regulations
• Ensure daily shift reports and incident reports are completed
• Screen visitors and vendors at the gatehouse
• Assist in training and coaching employees
• Provide daily leadership and supervision to your team

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in public safety
• Current and valid driver's license
