About the Role

As a change agent, you will support house-wide education initiatives and manage quality and regulatory projects. In this role, you will advance clinical care by integrating policies, procedures, and standards into practice and developing educational programs to comply with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a change agent in support of house-wide education initiatives.
• Manages quality and regulatory projects to ensure compliance and improvement.
• Advances clinical care through integration of policies, procedures, and standards into practice.
• Incorporates evidence-based practice and adult learning theory in project and course content.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates educational programs in accordance with policies, procedures, standards, and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]
• Master's of Nursing [Preferred]
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• 2+ staff development experience [Preferred]
• 5+ nursing experience [Required]
