About the Role

The RN Clinical Coordinator OR is responsible for directing, organizing, and prioritizing shift activities to ensure patient care and staff needs are met. This role involves participating in the interview and selection processes, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring the appropriateness of admissions to the unit.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and coordination of unit operations during shifts.
• Ensures patient care and staff needs are met.
• Conducts performance evaluations and staff audits.
• Acts as a liaison to the multidisciplinary care team.
• Monitors supply usage to ensure fiscal accountability.
• Delegates tasks in accordance with hospital policy.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• 1+ years of clinical RN experience required.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
