About the Role

In this role, you will conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients. You will work collaboratively with medical staff to ensure the best patient outcomes and provide education to families about health conditions and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Educate patients and their families about health issues
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities

Requirements

• Associate’s of Nursing (Required)
• Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) (Required)
• 1+ years in an acute care hospital setting (Preferred)
• Effective communication skills
• Basic computer skills
