About the Role

As a Medical Assistant III, you will encourage patient engagement through motivational interviewing and individualized care. This role focuses on improving patient experiences and ensuring accurate documentation of patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Encourages patient engagement in healthcare partnership through motivational interviewing.
• Manages resources and patient flow by identifying community resources to support wellness.
• Participates in continuous process improvement by taking an active role in patient experience and satisfaction.
• Documents ongoing status, interventions, patient response, and outcomes in a timely manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
• 2+ years of related work experience (Required)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Certification (BLS) (Required)
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification (Required)
