About the Role

As a Nursing Educator, you will provide guidance on professional development and support educational initiatives within the nursing team. You will play a vital role in creating a supportive environment for nursing research and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for the clinical inquiry process
• Create and coordinate orientation for new nursing staff
• Design and implement educational programs for nursing staff
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational activities
• Facilitate a positive learning environment for nursing students and staff
• Collaborate with stakeholders on professional development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Nursing (Required)
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a hospital setting (Required)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
• Prior teaching experience (Preferred)
• Experience as a preceptor (Preferred)
