Assistant Nurse Manager

About the Role

As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for supervising nursing staff and ensuring high standards of patient care. Your role will involve implementing care plans, mentoring staff, and leading quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures ensuring proper technique and patient safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy treatments, adjusting care plans based on patient responses.
• Assess patients’ conditions to determine appropriate venous access methods.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients requiring venous access.
• Monitor performance of nursing staff and provide feedback.
• Foster professional growth through training and educational programs.

Requirements

• Associate’s of Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor’s of Nursing (Preferred)
• 1+ charge nurse or relevant leadership experience (Preferred)
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification (Required)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) (Required)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) (Required)
