About the Role

Joining AdventHealth is about being part of something bigger. As an Assistant Nurse Manager on the cardiac stroke/telemetry unit, you'll support patient care delivery, including venous access and infusion therapy, while helping lead the nursing team on nights.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within the scope of RN licensure
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy treatments
• Assess patients' conditions to determine appropriate care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy

Requirements

• Associate's of Nursing
• 1+ years nursing experience within the acute care setting
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
