About the Role

The Substitute - Program Aide supports Program Leaders by engaging with elementary school-age children and ensuring their safety in a dynamic setting. The role promotes community relations while fostering a positive environment for children's learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Implement program activities that provide children with opportunities to learn and develop skills.
• Build healthy relationships with children by actively engaging and responding to their unique needs.
• Ensure the safety of children by providing sufficient supervision and guidance at all times.
• Utilize positive techniques to support behavior and promote respectful interactions among children.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• First Aid & CPR Certification - American Heart Association.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
