About the Role

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering coordinated nursing care for patients within a care unit. They supervise nursing personnel and utilize nursing skills such as assessment and planning to ensure effective care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver competent and compassionate nursing care.
• Supervise assigned nursing personnel and oversee clinical activities.
• Assess and document patient health data systematically.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans to optimize outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate's of Nursing required, Bachelor's preferred.
• Two years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
