About the Role

As an Assistant Coach for Football at Castle View High School, you will play a key role in organizing and implementing a successful athletic program. You’ll be expected to foster a commitment to academics and sportsmanship among student athletes while collaborating with various stakeholders to promote school pride.

Responsibilities

• Organize and implement a successful football program
• Develop student athletes' academic and athletic skills
• Collaborate with teachers, coaches, and community members
• Foster sportsmanship and teamwork among players
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements

• High School or Equivalent required
• Previous coaching experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
• Commitment to student athlete development
