Activity Sponsor - Performing Arts Specialist

About the Role

This role involves mentoring students, overseeing club activities, and ensuring that all events and meetings are conducted in a safe and organized manner. The Activity Sponsor works closely with students, faculty, and administration to promote student engagement and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to student leaders and members.
• Assist in managing the budget for the club or activity.
• Oversee the activities of a specific club or organization, ensuring adherence to school policies and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between the club, school administration, and parents.
• Lead the planning, organization, and execution of club events, meetings, and activities.
• Maintain records of club activities, membership, and achievements.

Requirements

• Education or advanced training relevant to the club/activity.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in group facilitation.
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
