About the Role

The Head Coach will be tasked with organizing and implementing a successful athletic program. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a commitment to excellence in academics and athletics.

Responsibilities

• Develop a competitive cross country program
• Collaborate with school administrators and teachers
• Engage with parents and community members
• Promote sportsmanship among student athletes
• Ensure the academic success of student athletes
• Organize training and competition schedules

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience preferred
• High School or Equivalent education required
• Strong communication skills
