Night Custodian

About the Role

The Night Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility. Tasks include cleaning, minor maintenance, and preparing rooms for use, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all floor surfaces.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and replenishes supplies.
• Dusts and polishes woodwork and furniture.
• Cleans and maintains all interior building surfaces.
• Collects and disposes of trash.
• Secure building nightly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge of proper use and safety of cleaning supplies and tools.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License upon hire.
