Project Engineer - Heavy Civil/Concrete Construction

About the Role

This role involves handling both administrative and technical aspects of construction projects. Project Engineers will oversee teams of field and cost engineers and ensure effective communication between management and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand contract plans and specifications for the assigned work.
• Inspect field conditions and take corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain the project master schedule with the input of project management personnel.
• Manage document control, including new issue drawings and contract documents.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in construction as a project engineer or related role.
• Strong understanding of engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
